CLASSES
Lagree
Lagree Fitness is the most innovative, full-body conditioning fitness method. Our 45-minute classes are taught on the Megaformer M3S and work the body’s slow twitch muscle fibers.
The workout strengthens the body, tones and elongates the muscles, improves endurance, jump-starts the metabolism, burns fat, and increases flexibility. It is intense on the muscles, but low-impact and safe on the joints, spine, and connective tissues. For best results, you should attend 2-3 classes a week with at least one day of rest in between.
Tread
This intense mix of treadmill intervals and strength training is exquisite torture. Grind it out with bosu balls, weights, bars, bands, and medicine balls for maximum caloric burn! 45 and 60 minutes class options.
Get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time! Our HIIT training will work your entire body and keep you burning calories well after class is over!
Sculpt
Join us in this 45-minute class as we work to strengthen and tone your muscles. Our choreographed weight and sculpting segments will move and strengthen your body. We will be targeting the smaller, supporting muscles along with larger ones to create a balanced physique.
All movements are done on the floor, utilizing various props for weight training, resistance, and stability. Prepare for a challenge that will leave you sweaty and dying to sign up for the next class!
MEGAstretch
A 45-minute, instructor-led, full-body stretch class on the Megaformer. MEGAstretch is a great class to stretch those sore muscles and recover.
Also, a great way for beginner Lagree clients to get comfortable with the machine as we take it slow in this class to focus on flexibility and relaxation.
Climb
In our Climb class, we utilize the VersaClimber for a 30-minute, low-impact, full-body cardio workout. The VersaClimber provides a more complete, total body exercise by toning all the major muscles of the arms, chest, shoulders, back, hips, butt and legs in one fluid motion.
Unlike other cardio machines, the VersaClimber uses no momentum, requiring your body to perform all of the work. The VersaClimber’s smooth, fluid stride is a safe, non-impact exercise. There’s no pounding of knees, joints, or hips, lowering the risk of bodily stress and injury. Bring a towel and water--you will get sweaty!
Barre
Our 50-minute Barre class is a hybrid workout class, combining dance-inspired moves with elements of pilates, yoga, and strength training.
Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves, such as plies, alongside static stretches. We will incorporate resistance training with weights and bands to sculpt and tone your muscles.
Mat Pilates
Traditional mat class utilizing principles rooted in strength training and stretching, focusing on core work and full body conditioning.
BOSU
Our 45-minute BOSU class combines intense fat-burning cardio rounds with muscle toning/resistance training segments.
The cardio rounds are choreographed, high-intensity, and flow from one to another, so you maximize calorie burning. The resistance training portion will strengthen, tone, and elongate your muscles.
Yoga
This 60-minute class will move you through a series of yoga postures (asana) that are intelligently sequenced together so that you move into a rhythmic flow, stringing one pose to the next, moving breath to movement.
Classes will be themed around the peak pose of class to ensure that all parts of the body are warmed up and open to an advanced posture.
This class will start with breathing exercises, warmup, and sun salutations and progress through 3 different yoga flows (sequences) that all build upon each other, eventually reaching a peak pose in the 3rd sequence. All classes receive a relaxing cool-down phase and end in savasana. Expect a good sweat, and leave feeling energized and strong. We offer both warm yoga (heated with infrared heaters to approximately 85 degrees) and standard yoga.
Combo Classes
Lagree/Tread: 30min Lagree, 15min Tread
Lagree/Climb: 30min Lagree, 15min Climb
Lift & Climb: A combo class incorporating heavy weights and resistance training for upper body (25 minutes), then cardio and lower body in the climb studio (20 minutes).
Power Climb: Power Climb is a 45min class incorporating weight training and strength conditioning with the low-impact cardio of the VersaClimber. Clients will have 2-3 sets of weights by each VersaClimber and will receive a full-body workout with those fun, upbeat climb combos!
