  • Our classes are booked using the Momence platform. Click Book a Class from our website to reserve your session.

  • It depends on your current fitness level. 99% of our members excel in the group classes. The workout is intense, but the routines are kept simple to ensure everyone uses appropriate form. However, if you have chronic back pain, painful joints, a severe medical condition or have not been physically active in the past, it is recommended to take a private session to evaluate your fitness level. Email info@tonebr.com to book a private session.

  • Most importantly, bring a positive attitude. Leave all your worries behind. The class is for you. You need to be present-minded when working out to maximize the benefits of the class.

    Most students like to bring their own water bottle. We do sell bottled water at the studio.

    Wear comfortable clothes that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to “breathe."

    Jewelry is NOT a good idea.

    Put cell phones on silent during classes (please be respectful of others).

    No strong perfumes, as some students are allergic.

    If you are about to renew, please bring your payment. Most of our clientele pay online using our automated system. Please understand that no classes can be confirmed if you are not prepaid.

  • All classes must be prepaid. We adhere to an 8-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy and require 8 hours notice for any cancellations or changes in order to avoid late fees and penalties. Session members will lose that session, and Contract members will be charged an $8 fee for “late cancels” and a $25 fee for “no-shows.” There will be no exceptions!

    What If I am sick and can't make it to my class? 
    If you cannot make your class due to illness (or for any reason), please cancel your reservation in the Momence app. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the class (regardless of reason except a true emergency) will be subject to a Late Cancellation fee or the loss of a session. We do not have an exception to our policy for sickness. However, we have kept the fee for Late Cancellations minimal ($8).

    How does the Waitlist work?
    Clients wishing to schedule a full class will be put on the waitlist. As spots open up in the class (which can happen at any time of the day or night), clients will be added to the waitlist. The system will automatically add clients up to two hours before the class.

    What if I don't want to go to my class anymore?
    If you have not gotten into a class for which you are waitlisted and you NO LONGER WANT TO WAIT TO SEE IF YOU GET IN, you must REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE WAITLIST. All clients on the waitlist are expected to want a spot in the class. If you are added to a class from a waitlist and do not show up to the class, you WILL receive a No Show charge (for unlimited members) or lose your session (for session members).  

    If you are in a class and no longer want your spot, you can cancel VIA THE MOMENCE APP. Cancellations 8 hours before the class will not result in a fee. Cancellations less than 8 hours before a class will result in a fee/loss of a session. 

    How do I cancel my spot in a class?
    You must do so via the Momence app. You can find your booked classes in your schedule. Simply click on "Cancel Booking."  Do not email or message via Momence to cancel your spot, as we may not see your email in a timely manner. 

    What if I don't want to cancel altogether, I just want to switch to a different time?
    If done so 8 hours before the class starts, you can cancel your booking and then book the other class. If done less than 8 hours before the class begins, it will be considered a Late Cancel, as we will be left with a harder spot to fill. Switching classes 8 hours before the class is considered a Late Cancel and will result in fees or the loss of a class session. 

    Why is Momence saying I don't have access to certain classes in the future?
    Classes can only be booked two weeks in advance. If you are getting this message, it is likely that the class you are booking is more than two weeks away. Another possibility is you are out of sessions (for those not on an unlimited contract). 

  • NOTHING! ALL OF OUR CONTRACTS AUTO-RENEW, regardless of which contract you are on. If you'd like to make a change, simply email info@tonebr.com. If you don't want to change anything, you don't need to do anything or purchase additional contracts.

  • Renew: Please do not repurchase your contract every month. The system will automatically renew and charge the card on file.

    Cancel: Any changes and cancellations to a contract can be made after the initial term is complete. Your contract will continue to process each month until you email info@tonebr.com to cancel it. We require an 8-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled classes to avoid penalties. Contract members will be charged an $8 fee for "late cancels" and a $25 fee for "no-shows."

  • While we don’t currently offer specific discounts for students, military personnel, first responders, or teachers, we do have great offers for new members! Enjoy your first class free and get 3 sessions for $30.

Our Policy


If you are attending your first class, please arrive fifteen minutes early.​

If you are registered for a specific class but want to attend at another time, WE CANNOT SWITCH IT FOR YOU. You must cancel your class and schedule another one via the Momence app. If you make this change inside the 8-hour cancellation window, LATE CANCEL FEES WILL APPLY.


Grip socks must be worn in all Lagree classes. If you do not have grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio.


To respect your instructors and fellow clients, please no cell phones at your workout stations.​


Classes and instructors are subject to change at short notice.​


Clients will be allowed to reserve a spot (book) in ONE class per day. Clients will, however, be able to pop into a 2nd or 3rd class if space is available by checking in with front desk staff. Clients will not be able to book a 2nd or 3rd class themselves. This must be done by front desk staff.


If you do not remove yourself from the waitlist and you are added to a class, you are expected to attend and will be charged a No Show Fee for not attending. If you want to avoid the No Show Fee, YOU MUST REMOVE YOURSELF from the waitlist. It is the client’s responsibility to remove themselves from the waitlist if they no longer can wait or no longer wish to attend the class.


Momence will add people from the waitlist into the classes as spots become available up until 2 hours before the class starts. At 2 hours before the class, ANYONE will be able to book the available spots.



Clients who have been regularly attending classes prior to becoming pregnant may continue working out with us as long as we have received signed approval from your doctor. New clients who are pregnant, please email us at info@tonebr.com to discuss your options.


Thank you for your understanding. It is our goal to institute policies that allow for our clients to attend classes at least once a day.

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled class will be marked absent. No Show fees will apply as we are unable to fill that spot with someone from the waitlist.
