Mommy & Me Class
Join us for a 35-minute Mommy & Me class for moms and babies (Under 2 years old) where we embrace the chaos of motherhood!
This unique session combines strength movements to work legs, arms, core, and more with the delightful distraction of baby giggles and the occasional baby fuss. With music at a soothing volume (it won't be loud in there!), you can focus on your core while your little one perfects their mini yoga poses (or just rolls around, plops down in a carrier, or is strapped to your chest!). Take all the breaks you and your little one need. This is a NO PRESSURE class with lots of grace and understanding! Come first for the workout, keep coming back for the community, and maybe grab a coffee at our coffee bar with your new mom friends afterward!
